Testimonials

This was my 12th move (best so far)! I have antique furnitures, a piano and a lot of stuff, London house removal made it easy, stress free, no damages, while remaining professional all along, I couldn't have asked for more

We were so lucky to find London House Removals when we were moving house: they made the whole process so simple and painless. I have used a few different moving companies before, and have moved myself without help too, and there is no comparison between those experiences and this one!

The company is excellent in every way- they are so professional, friendly, reliable, hardworking, punctual and reasonably priced. We felt that we were in excellent hands, and have now used them twice.

I would never move house without their help again, and will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving house.

After having some bad experiences with a removal company a few years ago during my last move, I was quite anxious to do a bit more due diligence this time around. A number of firms gave me their quotes, however I felt that Kris was the most professional in his approach and method.

So although the other companies had more referrals on the website I decided to use London House Removals to help me in the move. I was really glad I did as the team sent were really hard working and efficient.

They showed great care to my furniture and goods and ensured that everything was packed and secured appropriately. On top they tried to understand where I wanted everything to go and worked accordingly.

One thing which really stuck out was that during the unloading at my new property, they delayed themselves to confirm the layout I had requested in our garage. They were concerned that an item would be exposed and would almost certainly get dirty and damaged. This was very much appreciated as I had instructed them to put it there without realising.

All in all I was extremely pleased with the work of Kris and his team and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dear Kris, I would like to thank you for the excellent service you gave to my daughter Martina when she moved her things with your service from London to Scotland last week.

The movers were very polite and even wanted to take more stuff at the same price ,very honest people and since the landlady opened for them in Scotland, they placed the items very well and no damage was done well done for a professional job and very trustworthy.

We even paid cash beforehand, they are to be trusted and I fully recommend them

When you are stressing about a move and you want a professional service, speak to London House Removals. I was fretting about costs and the whole move, I spoke to Kris who was extremely honest and professional.

I did have cheaper quotes but went with Kris and they were worth every penny, in fact if I move again I would only give them a call. The speed and efficiency they dealt with the move on the day left my jaw dropped.

This was the first time I used a removal firm and was nervous till the day they arrived, but they took pride in my belongings and genuinely the nicest guys you can meet. I would give them a 5 star rating, and can not recommend them highly enough.

London House Removals really are as good as the testimonials below state. They did an amazing job on our move. It was quick, stress free, well organised and and even enjoyable.

Kris and his mates had to deal with two children and a dog that wanted to get involved at every stage and they dealt with them with good humour and made it fun.

I got five quotes and their prices were very competitive. The piano came out of the old house and into the new house like a dream.

Kris also had his admirers – as I write this my wife is describing him to a friend as the ‘George Clooney of removal men’. What more could you want?

Thanks Kris!

In December last year Kris and his team did a fantastic job with my removal. It was not a straightforward move (two properties moving into one, a baby, a cat with the habit of disappearing when needed, a huge fish tank, just to mention a few critical points) but Kris and his mates are real professionals and everything went smoothly.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will use them again in the future.

I was very lucky to manage to hire Kris and his team at short notice for my move last year. After years of moving house by myself and driving 7.5 tons trucks (an experience I can tell you!) I was reluctant to have someone come in and do my moves for me but I was so very impressed with Kris’s professionalism and expertise in packing everything up with such precision.

Added to that the care that was taken with my personal belongings and he wouldn’t let me lift a figure to help!

I highly recommend London House Removals and will be using them on my next move!

Kris and his team moved my house in December last year. Before the move I was stressing a lot. To my surprise they came and did a great job.

Everything went smooth and all my belongings went to my new house without a scratch. I recommend London House Removals to anyone and will use them again in the future.

I was very lucky to find London House Removals for our house move. I was not looking forward to it but Kris and his team expertly organised and moved our household with minimal effort on our part.

The advice Kris gave in arranging the packing and the great care he took with the move was impressive. I recommend this firm without hesitation and I have already passed on their details to family.

Kris and his team are real pros. I have had lots of different companies moving my house many times in the past. I must say that London House Removals was by far the best of all of them – worth spending every penny.

I was quite stressed at the beginning of the day, but the guys were smiling and easily packed and moved all the content of my 3 bed house. I certainly recommend that company to any one. Thanks a lot, guys

We recently used London House Removals for our house move. We were impressed with every aspect of the service from their communication before, through the packing, and on moving day as well.

They were friendly, polite, careful, and worked really quickly. Even the more tricky aspects like moving our sofa through a sash window were handled easily. They made the whole moving experience really relaxed.

We would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks again guys!

Excellent service and communications from Kris and his team. We had a few problems with our sale and purchase which meant that we could not confirm moving date until quite close to the completion date.

We also had to place our belongings in storage and Kris helped after all of this without any fuss which helped relieve some of the stress we had for the move. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. In summary they provide a very helpful and friendly service.

Reading through the testimonials on this website, there was little doubt in my mind that Kris and his team were professional, caring and efficient people, and I had no qualms asking them to move for me on July 15th.

Kris came to my previous address in order to estimate just how much needed moving, how much was required in terms of packing materials (I packed everything myself), etc. – something he did very efficiently and quickly!

On the day of the move Kris had 2 other colleagues with him and all 3 were extremely approachable, polite, professional, very hard-working and efficient – whilst at the same time caring about a customers personal belongings and items being moved to another property. (I am fussy!)

I have only positive comments for this very efficient firm and would recommend them any day! Not a crack, nothing broken, and all executed within the time schedule estimated to carry out the move.

It was a real pleasure working with Kris and his team – who did well to cope with a ‘minor hiccup’ MY end as well as entertain my rather energetic and excited 10-year old daughter!

We cannot recommend Kris and his team highly enough. They were punctual, efficient and very professional. They took the stress completely out of our move from London to Bedfordshire; something that was very important to us having a 4 month old baby to contend with on top of the move.

It took 9 hours from start to finish, which we were really impressed with.

Thanks Kris, to you and your team. We will be recommending you to our friends and hope to use you again for our next move!

Kris and his team were just great. We hummed and hawed about going with a more established company, but we invited Kris to quote based on the many positive reviews we read.

Upon meeting Kris we thought: “Here’s a decent young man working very hard to establish a business who’ll probably do a very good job.” And we were right.

His quote was also the lowest of the companies we invited to quote, but we really couldn’t have asked for anything more in terms of the service we received.

London House Removals truly did an outstanding job in packing, loading, removing and unloading a 4 bed house in a single day!

We were told the previous evening that we had to be out of the house a day earlier than expected meaning Kris and the team had to squeeze a 2 day job into 1.

They arrived at 7am and left at 11pm – they were professional and extremely efficient throughout.

I have already recommended to friends who have also used London House Removals and would have no hesitation in doing so in the future.

London House Removals recently moved me from north London to Putney. Because my flat was very small I had very little space to pack anything in advance so they arrived early on the morning of the move and proceeded to pack everything up for me. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully and nothing was too much trouble. For logistical reasons I had been given a quote over the phone rather than a home visit and to my dismay, we discovered I had more stuff than they had anticipated.

As a result they needed to make a second journey to pick up my bed and garden furniture but they did so cheerfully and without complaint even though it meant they were working until 9 at night. They even brought me a pint of milk on their way back with the remaining stuff! All in all they provided an excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

London House Removals is a fantastic company. Kris and his staff are very helpful and professional.

We have used their services on three occasions when me and partner moved houses. We recommend them highly. Thanks again Kris.

We have no hesitation to recommend using London House Removals. We found them to be efficient and very easy to deal with. Kris’s company was the only one of three companies to do a site visit to discuss removal plans before giving a quote. They packed and moved over two of the hottest days of this past summer and were at all times pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use again if needed.

We were referred to London House Removals by a friend. Although asking also other quotes from equally professional companies, what made the difference for us was the attitude.

Kris and his colleagues were all not only on top of things in terms of details and practicalities, but also had a smile on their faces throughout the stressful day (as moving house ALWAYS is).

We also warmly recommend their packing service which made the quote even more attractive to us – and the whole move that bit smoother and less painful for us!

We chose to use London House Removals over other firms because of the level of service provided even at the quoting stage – we received a very handy check-list and other useful information. The quote was very fair and competitive – but the service on the day outstripped our expectations.

The crew were very fast and efficient – but equally careful with our belongings. We were surprised at how quickly it all went – we were having a cup of tea in our new house within a few hours.

I’ll be using London House Removals again – and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. If you value your belongings, use London House Removals.

Katie and I were very happy with the packing service we received, all of our belongings were packed very well and all the boxes were well marked which ensured you and your colleagues positioned everything where we wanted you to throughout our new property. The larger items were dismantled and rebuilt where we wanted them without fuss, and our clothes were transported crease free.

As we had a month old baby, we were unable to pack up before our day of moving. Kris and his colleagues took some of the stress out of moving by packing and moving our entire flat in a very professional and efficient manner on the day of our move. They were very fast and clean with their work.

Best

Kris and his whole team are very efficient and offer a service which has no extra hidden charges.

The reason me and my family chose London House Removals is because they add a personal touch by genuinely taking an interest in you by not only listening, but actually responding to your personal needs to offer the best package possible.

Regards from me and my family,

I want to thank London House Removals for an excellent, smooth job on March 2nd, 2014.

Lucas and Thomas were bang on time, on a Sunday morning, loaded everything with care and dedication, no pressure or rush, although they had to drive from London to Liverpool, a journey of 207 miles, for a few hours. On the other end everything was offloaded without a hitch, nothing broken, again no rush nor pressure, and closed the operation without extra or hidden charges.

I would strongly recommend London House Removals for their professionalism, punctuality and good communication through Manager Kris, with whom we were in touch during the move by phone or text. I had lower quotes but decided to go with my gut feelings, after having spoken with Kris on the phone.

You don’t need to add uncertainty to the disruption and stress of a move. You can trust these guys. And book in advance!

We needed to move our 3 bed house to a larger house just around the corner.

After speaking with 5 different removal companies it was clear that London House Removals was on the top of our list.

The valuation visit was done in a very professional manner and we were left feeling very satisfied with all the details including the fact that we would get a very good value for money. It felt like the service was tailored specifically to our needs. Boxes and packing materials were delivered at a time that suited us leaving us enough time to get the packing done properly.

On the day of moving the team arrived promptly. They worked very hard throughout the day and all our belongings were handled with great care. We were also left plenty of time before the boxes were collected again after the move had taken place, which was great.

I would gladly use this company again and I will certainly not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy removal company.

We used London House Removals to help us move from a large 2-bed upper-storey flat to our new home and we were very impressed with the service we received. Kris came to quote promptly and provided costs in a timely manner which were competitive compared to other quotes we had from bigger, well-known London removal companies.

We chose to pack our own boxes so when Kris' team arrived on the morning of our move they efficiently loaded the vans and dismantled larger furniture. Every thing ran to time and the whole process, both loading and unloading on the other side, was smooth and stress-free. We were completely satisfied with the service we received from LHR and would highly recommend them.

Moving is a HUGE upheaval as we all know. I am so happy that I used London House Removals. From the moment I met Kris and his team I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing - and I was right.

London House Removals did a great job in moving me from one side of London to the opposite side.....with my life all packaged up in boxes of varying sizes. I highly recommend them ?

We were SO impressed with London House Removals. We were moving with 2 small children, a cat and my mother-in-law in tow and I really don't think my sanity would have remained intact without them.

They arrived the day before to pack everything up, which was brilliant - no breakages and everything packed very logically so we could find it all easily when we were ready to unpack.

On moving day itself they arrived at 8am, and (because our completion was a bit delayed) ended up staying until about 7.30pm, putting everything into the right rooms and assembling the furniture. They moved a piano, more books than one household should need to own and everything else that comes with family life with calm and charm throughout.

We've already recommended them to two sets of friends! Worth absolutely every penny.

London House Removal made our move stressed free. Kris was amazing at planning everything and tailoring the service they provided us. The guys were very efficient when packing, loading and unloading. Everything went very smoothly and they were incredibly accomated. We would definitely use them again in the future if we need to and we highly recommend them.

I booked with London House Removals after reading such great independent reviews and receiving a decent quote. Dealing with Kris and Pat was so easy, they responded quickly via email and made the whole process efficient. I had my full trust in them and on the day our 2 movers Paul and Pawel, arrived on time, were so friendly, carried out the work quickly and careful but all with a smile on their face.

I cannot fault them at all and would recommend them highly to any friends and family!!

We've used London House Removals twice in the past 18 months; once a temporary move and once a permanent move. First move within London and second move from London to outside London.

London House Removals are a great team; very responsive, competitive, very careful. They appreciate repeat business. We had some awkward items when we moved - no complaints from the moving team; they moved our furniture carefully and treated our furnishings as they would their own. They are also very warm and nothing seemed too much trouble. Great team - from Patricia on the phone arranging the bookings, to Kris (boss) doing the assessment and to Paul as the leader on the day. Very caring. They all work week-ends which was critical for us.

Highly recommended. We would use them again.

Professional, kind, caring, calm - I could go on ..........

Kris and his entire team were simply the best. A delay occurred which was entirely my fault - and which I am too embarrassed to spell out in print! Suffice to say, the removal guys were beyond fantastic. They worked quickly and calmly - and never, ever, complained or grumbled. I am forever grateful to London House Removals and take much pleasure in wholeheartedly recommending them.

The team packed up our flat and moved us the next day.

They were very polite, and extremely professional, not to mention experienced.

They knew exactly what we needed to leave out, and even located my toddler's pyjamas and my baby’s feeding spoon from the bottom of a box for me.

They even went back to the flat to collect something we had forgotten.

They really cared about where all our furniture went in the new house and made sure all our rugs were rolled out exactly as we wanted them.

Will use them again and definitely recommend them.

This was the first time I had a lot to move and needed a removal company, I heard it's a stressful experience.

When it came to the day, I pretty much sat around reading on my phone while 2 very friendly guys packed everything up quickly and more importantly very securely. It definitely wasn't stressful.

In the new house, they put together my furniture asking where I would like it placed and even asked if anything else needed moving before they left.

From the moment Kris came to visit to see how many boxes I would need, they have been thorough, upfront and friendly.

I wish the staff and this level of service could be like this with every company.

LHR were a great choice.

From checking our needs, to packing for us (very carefully!) and then running the move (over two days, via storage due to our timeline), the LHR team were friendly, professional and efficient at every step.

Thanks to everyone involved!

I recently moved from North London to Cambridgeshire.

I was totally satisfied with the service given by London House Removals. In the run up (a very lengthy and stressful period), Daniel gave me huge support and re-assurance.

0n the day Michael and his colleague worked quickly, quietly, patiently and efficiently both at the packing and unpacking I had total confidence in them.

Not only could they not have done more, but in addition their fees are very competitive. I strongly recommend London House Removals to you.

I have now moved with the LHR team three times and have not been disappointed.

Daniel is great providing the quote with easy communication and clear explanations. And Adam and team on the day are just great, really friendly guys who know their stuff including disassembling/reassembling and getting furniture out of tricky spots.

The moves have gone perfectly and taken a huge amount of stress out of the process. Highly recommended.

If you read nothing else, I wholeheartedly recommend this removal company, they have been absolutely superb!

We moved from Hertfordshire to the Cotswolds and requested 6-8 quotes for the job.

Even from the initial inquiry London House Removals (LHR) was very prompt to reply and arrange a video call to estimate the cost. They were on time to the minute for the call and were very courteous and professional as we took Daniel around our home. In the end, he said he would complete the quote by the end of the next day, and he duly delivered (might seem a trivial thing but a lot of companies were hard work to arrange the call, get them to call or provide the quote - when you’re busy at work all day you don’t want to spend your evenings and weekends chasing people!)

We felt the quote (2nd cheapest but clearest to understand and detailed every element we had requested like disassembly and reassembly) was very good, but whole experience made us feel they were a professional company with the right experience. The number of boxes and packing equipment that Daniel estimated was absolutely spot on - impressive!

The move itself was exemplary.
The team turned up 5 minutes early, introduced themselves, and instantly put us at ease (at what’s a stressful time). They put down sheets and things to protect our house and got to work at lightning speed. For 4 hours they worked tirelessly, constantly in communication with us and just so very polite and professional.

At our new address in the Cotswolds, again I can’t fault a single thing. From the way they parked the vans to make sure our neighbors were able to access their properties, to the assembly of the beds/wardrobe/desk they were excellent.

When you are moving your worldly possessions, you want others to treat your belongings as you would, that is exactly what Adam and the team did. They made a somewhat stressful experience of moving home, very easy on the day of the actual move and we are very grateful.

If you are looking for an efficient, professional, and friendly team for your removal, I would use LHR. I would again without hesitation.

Never having hired movers before, I was both sceptical and slightly worried about having "strangers pack my stuff".

I needn't have worried at all - from the first consultation to the moment the team left the new flat, the experience with London House Removals was incredibly professional, reassuring, and efficient.

Adam, Jarek and Robert were prompt, polite, very careful and thorough in their wrapping and packing, and made the move quite a pleasant experience.

I can't recommend London House Removals highly enough. If you're looking for a stress-free move, you've come to the right place. Hire them.
