Every quote I give is based on an in-person survey. I need to see the doorways, the lift dimensions, the parking situation, and the new premises before I give you a price. That survey is free and takes roughly 20 minutes.
The prices below are for moves within the M25 and include VAT. Loading, transport, unloading, basic dismantling, and insurance are all included. No hidden extras. And if there is a gap between offices, your first week of storage is FREE with any removal booking.
What Is Quoted Separately
Some elements of an office move are quoted as extras because they vary too much to bundle into a standard price:
– Packing. Full packing service, partial (fragile-only), or materials delivered for your team to pack themselves.
– IT decommissioning. If your IT team handles disconnection and reconnection of servers and network equipment, the move is faster and costs less. If I need to coordinate with them, I factor in the extra planning time.
– Storage. If there is a gap between leaving one office and moving into the next, I can hold your furniture and equipment in secure container storage from £30/week (inc VAT). The first week is FREE with any removal booking.
– Out-of-hours moves. Weekend and evening moves are standard practice for office relocations, and I do not charge extra for weekend work.

– Full loading, transport, and unloading at both ends
– Furniture protection: blanket wraps, corner guards, and straps for every item
– Floor coverings in both properties
– Basic dismantling and reassembly of desks, shelving, and standard office furniture
– Goods in Transit insurance up to £25,000 as standard (upgradable to £50,000)
– Colour-coded labelling system so every item goes to the correct room at the new premises
– A dedicated foreman on site: one person who knows the plan and is your point of contact throughout
The goal is always the same: your team is operational at the new location before the next working day.
When Do Businesses Need Office Removals in London?
Most office moves fall into one of these situations:

London-Specific Challenges for Office Moves
Office removals in London come with their own set of hurdles that a residential mover might not deal with:
– Parking suspensions. Many central London offices sit in controlled parking zones. I help you through the parking process: I tell you which council to contact, when to apply, and what you need. But the application and payment go through you, because the council needs your details.
– Service lifts and loading bays. Not every office building has them, and those that do have size and booking restrictions. I check these at the survey.
– Congestion Charge and ULEZ. Routes are planned to account for both the Congestion Charge and ULEZ. These costs are factored into the quote, not added after the move.
– Building management requirements. Some buildings need proof of insurance, a deposit, or advance notice. I handle that side so you do not have to.
How the Office Removal Process Works
Office moves follow the same process as house removals, with one difference: the survey is almost always in person because the stakes are higher.

2. Site survey. I come to your current premises, measure doorways and lifts, check the parking situation, and visit the new premises if I can access it. This is free and takes around 20 minutes.
3. Fixed-price quote. You get a written quote within 12-36 hours of the survey. It is a fixed price with an excess hours rate if the job runs over. No surprises. Valid for 28 days.
4. Pre-move prep. I deliver crates and colour-coded labels in advance. Your team labels their own desks and files. If you opted for packing, my crew handles that in the days before the move.
5. Moving day. The crew arrives, wraps everything, loads the truck, transports to the new premises, and unloads into the correct rooms. Furniture is reassembled. Floor coverings go down in both properties.
6. Operational Monday morning. That is the target. Whatever day the move happens, your team walks into a fully set-up office on the next working day.
